At PiercingXXL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new jewelry. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery, provided the hygiene seal remains intact.

Return Process

  Ensure your jewelry is in its original, unopened packaging and that the hygiene seal has not been broken or tampered with for safety reasons.

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account or use our contact form to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive the return shipping address.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the items securely in a padded envelope or original box to prevent damage during transit, and include your order slip inside the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package back to us using a tracked shipping method; once inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
